The offer of the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone is addressed to every person who in its area:

invests for a new investment at least EUR 100,000,
creates new jobs,
is granted a Licence to conduct business activity within the area of the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone.

The scope of business activity for which the Licence is not granted is specified by §2 The order of the Council of Ministers of 10 December 2008 concerning state aid granted to entrepreneurs operating on the basis of a business activity permit within special economic zones. The above mentioned investment must be conducted in the area located within the W-M SEZ borders. Under a standard procedure, the entrepreneur chooses a real estate property from among the areas already included in the economic zone. However, in case of projects that are important for the economical development of the region, the borders of the zone can cover the area indicated by the investor. Nevertheless, each such case is considered on an individual basis. Therefore, there have been established two distinct procedures of granting the Licence and making the property available within the borders of W-M SSE:

Procedure for selecting a real estate property that is already situated within the W-M SEZ borders;

Procedure for including a real estate property indicated by the investor into the W-M SEZ area.
