The Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone, situated in the north-eastern region of Poland, covers an area of 838.9 ha. This area is made of 24 subzones located in the following towns and municipalities: Barczewo, Bartoszyce, Ciechanów, Dobre Miasto, Elbląg, Iława, Iłowo, Lidzbark Warmiński, Mława, Morąg, Mrągowo, Nidzica, Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Olecko, Olsztyn, Olsztynek, Orzysz, Ostrołęka, Ostróda, Pasłęk, Pisz, Piecki, Szczytno and Wielbark.

Locations offered areas:

Grounds situated within the borders of W-M SEZ are intended for greenfield investments. Areas that we offer to investors are, to a large extent, equipped with utilities and conveniently located for transportation purposes. Railway reloading stations are operating in the vicinity of most subzones. Areas that are not popular with investors are systematically excluded from the area of W-M SEZ and replaced with new areas that meet the expectations of entrepreneurs.

The entrepreneurs operating within the area of W-M SEZ, holding a

Licence to conduct business activity in the area of the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone, are entitled to take advantage of public aid in the form of income tax exemptions. In accordance with current regulations, the Warmia-Mazury Province is one of the areas where businessmen can obtain the highest public aid on a national scale. Details concerning bases and amounts of granted aid can be found under the “exemptions and preferences” tab.
