The Bartoszyce Subzone covers an area of 96.4 ha. This subzone is made up of three complexes.

• The Piersele Complex of 36.1 ha – situated along the national road no. 51, in the vicinity of Bezledy International Border Crossing.

• The Bema Complex of 50.0 ha – situated at Generała Bema street, which forms a part of the national road no. 51 and is a road out of Bartoszyce towards the Bezledy International Border Crossing.

• The Kętrzyńska Complex of 10.3 ha – situated at Kętrzyńska street, which is a road out of Bartoszyce in the direction of Kętrzyn.

In Subzone Bartoszyce, 68.9 ha of land is available for development.
