In the municipality of Dobre Miasto, W-M SSE covers 43.8 ha of land. This area is made up of three complexes.

• The Fabryczna Complex and the Spichrzowa Complex, of a total area of 24.4 ha – situated in the area of a road leading out of the town in the direction of Miłakowo.
